Stacy: Today I am making secondary choices which support my primary goal, which is optimal health. By attaining and maintaining a healthy weight and practicing ALL of the Habits of Health I have gone from barely surviving to THRIVING! And I just measured my waist, it is now 28 inches, down from about 55 inches when I started. I’ve lost fully HALF of me as of last week. 136 pounds gone, but more important that what I have LOST is what I have GAINED. I gave myself and my family the gift of my authentic self. I gained a supportive community where I can fully express myself. I am so grateful. Thank you.
