INGREDIENTS
- 1 (15 ounce) can 100% pure pumkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 (18 ounce) box spice cake mix1(12 ounce) package semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together pumpkin and spice cake until well blended. Add chocolate chips to mix. Drop cookies on greased baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Optional: Switch out 4 oz of pumpkin for ½ cup small curd low fat cottage cheese. Make the switch before mixing together with the spice cake. (This will give each cookie an additional 1.8 grams of protein for a total of 3.5 grams per cookie)
