So I know this is a bit of a unique one, but it makes my life a dream. I love it so much!
I called nutrition support and it is approved as a Lean and Green Meal.
Here it is:
4 oz chicken masala (from Costco in the refrigerator section)
½ cup cottage cheese, and
1 serving of Costco’s chunky guacamole singles.
Then put any 3 servings of veggies with it that you would like mix them in or have them on the side.
Chicken and cottage cheese =1 leaner
Guacamole = 1 healthy fat
Veggies = 3 servings veggies
One thing I also do is cook up about 4-6 extra chicken breasts and cut them up and add them to the chicken masala to make it last longer. You could also just choose to have just 6 oz of chicken for your lean without the cottage cheese. I usually warm up the chicken with the cottage cheese for 2 minutes and then add the cold guac. But you could add the cottage cheese cold too. I look forward to this meal even more than most restaurant meals and it works great on plan!
