Ingredients:
1 (17.6 ounce) container Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons minced fresh parsley leaves (or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes)
1 Tablespoon dry minced onion flakes
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
½ teaspoon paprika
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until smooth. Serve with vegetable sticks, or crackers.
We tried this with a few greek yogurts this one was one of the best we got the 2% low fat version. You can use 1/3 cup of this to count towards 2 oz of your protein in your lean and green (or 1/2 cup as a snack on plan with a few veggies) Super high in protein and low in carbs and calories!.
