“Ok so it’s been a long time coming that I needed to do this. I originally lost over 60 lbs on the program that I coach and as you can see in my pic from today I’m down about 30+ lbs from my original before pic. I’m ok about where I am at but I’m going to New York in March with my daughter and I’d really like to sport some of my favorite outfits and live a long life of health! So I will need you all to keep me accountable. I will be posting every 5 lbs I’m down. My goal is to get to my original loss and then keep it off long term. I have learned so many things about what it takes to keep it off long term. A lot of that learning has just recently taken place. One thing that really sticks out is that it’s not only actions but certain thinking skills have so much to do with maintaining long term. I hope to have lots of you cheering me on, following my journey, and then the fun will really begin when maintenance rolls around!”
